30A Homeowners’ Advocate

When “looks good” isn’t good enough.

About me…

With experience as a FEMA inspector, licensed realtor, and longtime rental property owner, I’ve spent decades evaluating homes, managing projects, and navigating renovations firsthand. I’ve seen how often issues get overlooked or dismissed and how costly that can be.

That’s why I started this business: to give homeowners a trusted second set of eyes. I help review work, catch problems early, and ensure things are done right, whether you’re hiring a contractor or managing a project from afar.

Because “looks good” isn’t good enough.
